2022 WKU Baseball & Softball Promotion Schedule Announced

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – With their home openings this weekend, WKU Baseball and Softball have announced their full schedule of promotions for the 2022 campaign. Numerous giveaways, free ticket opportunities and concession offers highlight the schedules.

Bark in the Park is back at both stadiums for six games combined this season and will feature a pet bandana. Both programs will also be offering a special midweek game booth offer.

At Nick Denes Field, fans can take part in Friday Frenzy as well as Kids Day Sundays each weekend the Hilltoppers are at home. On Fridays, Baseball Bingo comes with a $15 deal that includes bottomless popcorn, a souvenir soda, and a hot dog. On Sundays, there’s a $5 kids’ lunch deal and a post-game basic run. Plus, kids 12 and under wearing a youth jersey get free admission.

At the WKU Softball Complex, the Hilltoppers will have several themed weekends including: HAF Weekend, Military Appreciation Weekend, Youth League Weekend, and Senior Weekend. One-day promotions include a few Bark in the Park games, Girl Scout Day, and a Red Out. A C-USA Tournament Champions T-shirt giveaway will take place the weekend of March 18-20. On April 27, WKU will be giving away a C-USA Tournament Champions Red Towel giveaway.

Flexible membership packages are now on sale for Hilltopper Baseball and Softball. Fans can purchase tickets through the links listed above, by calling 1-800-5-BIGRED, or in person at the WKU box office during business hours.

The Baseball Flexible Season Ticket Package includes 31 tickets for $50 that can be used at any of 32 home games – one ticket will grant access to both games of WKU’s doubleheader against Central Michigan on Feb. 26 – all through throughout the 2022 campaign. The head coach John Pawlowski and the Hilltoppers are set to host the Conference USA Series against the likes of Southern Miss, FIU, Marshall, UAB and Old Dominion, while also hosting marquee matchups at Nick Denes Field against opponents Power 5, the Illinois and Louisville.

The WKU Softball Flexible Ticket Package includes 25 tickets for $35 that can be used in all 25 home competitions throughout the 2022 season. The Home Conference USA Series includes UTEP, Marshall, FIU and Middle Tennessee this year for the head coach Amy Tudor and the defending C-USA Hilltoppers Tournament Champion. The Red and Whites host their annual WKU Hilltopper Classic Feb. 18-20 and Hilltopper Spring Fling Feb. 25-27 at the WKU Softball Complex, which will see the Tudor team in action five times each weekend. Midweek tilts on The Hill include Belmont, Lipscomb and Alabama.
