Officials said Jorge Orellana-Arias, 38, was seen by hidden security cameras entering his tenant’s apartment. She told police that cameras caught Orellana-Arias entering the apartment through a side door before heading to both bedrooms and rummaging through their underwear drawer. Authorities said in the video he picked up the underwear and brought it to his nose, apparently sniffing it.
The woman told police that on one occasion Orellana-Arias entered her apartment while her daughter was home alone. Seeming surprised, he immediately left the apartment, she said.
